3.1.1 One main condition pertaining to the access and use of services by each User is the compliance of the User with the terms and conditions and privacy policy. In case a User does not agree to comply with the points mentioned in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, they have the provision to discontinue the use of Vaxisure services immediately
3.1.2Any information and data provided by the User to Vaxisure, including the Personal Information and Data, as well as the Sensitive Information and Data are completely voluntary. The User understands that Vaxisure may need to use certain data falling under the category of Personal Information and Data or Sensitive Information and Data as per the SPI rules, for (a) providing the User with our services, (b) for the commercial use and in a non-personally recognizable and aggregated form of statistical analysis, business intelligence and research purposes, (c.) for transfer or sale of such statistical, intelligence or research data in a non-personally recognizable and aggregated form for third parties and their affiliates (d) for the purpose of communicating so as to offer Users a more efficient way of carrying out appointment booking and for gathering feedback related to Practitioners as well as their practice (e) for contacting the Users to complete transactions after providing their contact information but not completing all the transaction steps.
3.1.3 Vaxisure reserves its right to utilize the information offered by or regarding the End-Users to carry out the following activities:
3.1.4If the User has voluntarily offered their Personal Data and Information to Vaxisure for any of the activities mentioned above, they hereby comply and provide consent to the use and collection of such data by Vaxisure.
3.1.5 The action of collecting, using and disclosing the information that falls under the category of Personal Information or Sensitive Information and Data as per the SPI Rules needs the express content of the User. By providing the affirmation to our Privacy Policy, the User provides their consent to allow the act of using, collecting and disclosing their information as needed according to the applicable law.

Vaxisure will maintain the User records as long as the Services account of the User is active and as long as Vaxisure is providing them with the required services. Vaxisure declares that the information would not be retained for a time longer than required complying to the scenario that the information is lawfully used or that the information may be needed as per the law applicable for the time period in force. Following a specific time period, the information of the User would be aggregated and anonymized and would be retained by Vaxisure as long as needed for the effective provision of services, but the anonymized information would be solely utilized for analytical actions. 3.1.8.Vaxisure hereby declares that no promotional notifications or other non-essential correspondence would be sent to those Users who don't give the due consent offered through the voluntary filling of specific details to avail the notification for discount and any other facility given by the Vaxisure site. 3.1.9For Vaxisure services which require to pay a subscription amount, Users may need to pay with a debit/credit card, perform a wire transfer or use a cheque. In this case, Vaxisure would collect the User’s financial transaction information including but not limited to their credit card/debit card number, bank account details to carry out the payment and billing process. This step may include the act of using and disclosing the financial transaction data to third-party sites if needed for completing the billing operation. The process of verifying credit information is solely dependent on the User to be accomplished by the authentication process. 3.2.2 All the aspects mentioned in our Privacy Policy are applicable to all Practitioners, and thereby every registering and registered Practitioner needs to understand and read the privacy statements mentioned herein before the submission of their Personal Information or the Sensitive Personal Information and Data, failing which the Practitioners would need to leave our Vaxisure services as well as the Vaxisure site immediately.
3.2.3 The personally recognizable information, which the Practitioner provides Vaxisure with their own choice, is employed for helping Practitioners identify and describe themselves. The exclusive owner of this information is Vaxisure. The Practitioner, who will be offering the information will consent Vaxisure to collect, use, process and/or disclose the data and information for the activities after stated herein. Vaxisure may make the use of such information for commercial tasks and in a non-personally recognizable and aggregated manner for conducting statistical analysis, research and other business intelligence activities, and may transfer or otherwise sell such statistical, intelligence or research data in a non-personally recognizable and aggregated manner to third parties as well as their affiliates. Vaxisure also reserves its right to using the information and data provided by the Practitioner for the below-mentioned purposes:
3.2.4 Vaxisure’s software enables the automatic listing of the Practitioners’ data and information on the Vaxisure Website for each ‘Clinic’ or ‘Doctor’ added to a specific Practice. The Practitioner ’s information that is listed on the Vaxisure site gets displayed when Users browse for doctors on our Website, and the information of the Practitioner listed on our Website is employed by Users for requesting doctor appointments. Any personally recognizable information or data of the Practitioner that is listed on the Vaxisure site does not get generated by Vaxisure and is submitted to the Vaxisure database by those Practitioners enlisting themselves on our Website, or is gathered by Vaxisure from the public domain. Vaxisure displays the information on its site based on an as-is manner stating no warranty on the completeness or accuracy of the data. Notwithstanding, Vaxisure strongly encourages Practitioners to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their submitted information regularly, and to contact Vaxisure immediately in case any changes, discrepancies or updates are made to their information. Nonetheless, Vaxisur will make reasonable efforts for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the personal information.
3.2.5Vaxisure also has the authority to display the information for those Practitioners who have not registered or signed up for our Services, provided the case that they have given their express consent to Vaxisure to collect, process and/or disclose their information on the Vaxiure Website. These Practitioners will be verified by Vaxisure or/and its associates, and Vaxisure will make every endeavor to collect accurate data and information for these Practitioners. However, Vaxisure makes no guarantee or undertakes any responsibility for the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the information displayed on our website for these Practitioners.
3.3.1 Vaxisure does not automatically collect any sensitive or personal information and data from the casual visitors of its website, subject to the scenario that they are merely perusing the Vaxisure site.
3.3.2 Nevertheless, there are specific provisions in our Privacy Policy that can be applied to casual visitors, and thereby, these casual visitors also need to read as well as understand the statements in our privacy policy herein set out, failing which they need to leave the Vaxisure site immediately.
