  • In the circumstance it is claimed that the listed Practitioner has acted by going against any applicable law, Vaxisure shall investigate the situation and provide the complete refund in case the claim is proved true.
    If cancellation occurs as a result due to the abusive temperament of the patient/user, in that case, the User would not be eligible for any kind of refund and Vaxisure/Practitioner would be entitled to engage in a legal proceeding and take legal action, subject to the gravity of the situation.
    In the scenario that a Practitioner is unavailable during a paid consultation, then the user is entitled to cancel the consultation. In such a case, the amount paid by Users regarding the canceled consultation would be refunded.
    All Users are provided a period of two (2) days before the appointment date to offer a request for refunding or to flag their consultation as inadequate. After the period of two days, no refund requests shall be entertained or accepted.

    Vaxisure has the complete right to crosscheck the details and only process the User’s refund if applicable, solely at its own discretion. After processing of a refund request, the money will be refunded into the Vaxisure wallet of the User within in four (4) working days from the date of the refund approval by Vaxisure.
